This library’s own code, format and tools.

Cold Library keeps what people want kept: a perpetual exhibit for a project, a perpetual plaque for a person, and a warden at each door who opens the deeper shelves only for the right visitors.

This exhibit is the library itself: the website, the open format for sealed files, the offline tools, and the Cold Vault contracts. Everything is open source, so anyone can put the whole library back up.

It was built by one person, Librarian No. 1, to keep his own things first. A second maintainer is wanted.
