The sealed layer. An Ice Core is a file you write and seal on your own machine, for later: a time capsule, letters for a date, notes your keepers open together. It never sits on our shelves.

Pointers only. Write where something is and who knows what to do. Never amounts, never passwords, never recovery phrases. A file with amounts becomes a treasure map, and treasure maps attract the wrong visitors.
